  • What's better during your pool work out? practice one hour with all your equipment (fins, pull bouy, etc) or combine a routine for try every item a day?
    Swimmers with more experience could give me an advice. Thanks in advance.



  • I'm no expert, but incorporating all of the equipment in one hour swim has worked well for me.

    It's a good way to get a balanced workout— focusing on both your pulls and kicks every single day.

    Maybe ask your coach or an instructor at your local pool what they suggest!
