What's better during your pool work out? practice one hour with all your equipment (fins, pull bouy, etc) or combine a routine for try every item a day?
Swimmers with more experience could give me an advice. Thanks in advance.
I'm no expert, but incorporating all of the equipment in one hour swim has worked well for me.
It's a good way to get a balanced workout— focusing on both your pulls and kicks every single day.
Maybe ask your coach or an instructor at your local pool what they suggest!
