  • What is good to eat after a swim workout? I’ve heard chocolate milk is good for recovery, but is there anything more filling? I am always so hungry after I swim!

  • Chocolate milk is good for recovery! However after a long swim, you may want to incorporate some more protein. I love making an egg scramble after a morning swim with 3 eggs, some sauteed spinach, seasonal veggies and half an avocado. Chocolate milk optional!
